Can I pre-order and get priority dispatch?
Yes — pre-orders at $8,500 AUD are queued for priority dispatch the moment stock arrives at our Condell Park depot. You lock in both the lower price and your position in the dispatch queue.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your bike is handed to our courier, you receive a tracking number directly via SMS or email. Every unit is fully tracked door-to-door.
Can I inspect the bike before it ships?
Absolutely. Our depot at 4/170 Eldridge Road, Condell Park NSW 2200 is open for inspections by appointment. Call 0415 458 634 to book.
Is the bike insured during transit?
Yes. Every shipment is fully transit-insured. In the extremely unlikely event of damage in transit, we handle the claim and replacement — not you.
Do you ship to regional and remote areas?
Yes — we cover all Australian states and territories. WA, SA and NT typically take 5–8 business days via long haul container freight. No location is off limits.
Who pays for shipping?
